samplevolume ismade intoportA and then the
syringegoes directly toportB and injects the
remainingvolume. The injectionvolumeper

Theprogrammed standard/samplevolume is
drawn into the syringe and injected intoportA.
Without rinsing, the syringe returns to the
standard/samplevial anddraws theprogrammed
volumeof standard/sample solution, this is then
injected intoport B.
PostFillDelay
[0-60 sec.]
This parameter allows apause after theplunger
haspulled theprogrammed samplevolume into
the syringebarrel.Thisdelay, in seconds, allows
viscoussamples tocompletely fill thesyringe
barrel before the syringeneedle is removed from
thesamplevial.
OperateMode
[Remote / Internal] RemoteorLocal operatingmodes are selectable
byusing theLeft/Right arrowkeys. In theLocal
mode, theCobraL/S operates according to the
CycleTimeParameter. In theRemotemode, a
GCReadyor Start signalmust be received, and
theCycleTimermust beat “0”before the injec-
tioncanbegin.

Beginscounting time fromwhen the injection is
made, (plunger is depressed). Thenext sample
injectionprocesswill not start until this amount
of timehas elapsed. The syringewill however
be rinsed, after the injection, according to the
number ofRinses programmed. If theduration
of post-rinse sequences requires a longer time
period than theCycle time, this parameter is not
thedetermining timebetween injectioncycles.
Thisparameter isonly requiredwhen running in
theLocalmode.
Aux.TimeMinutes
[0-999min.]
Theauxiliary timerbeginsmarking timewhen
the sampling sequencebegins. At the endof the
programmed time, theAuxiliaryOutput switch
ispulsed.
