4. To subtract a chromatogram in one
channel from another channel, right
click using themouse cursor on chan-
nel 1and select
Channel details
.
From theChannel 1detailswindow
deselect theOverlay data in channel
checkbox and then click on the
OK
button to exit thewindow.
5. Go to the
Edit
menubar and select
Subtract/Add channels
from the
drop downmenu. In theSubtract/add
channelswindowmake sure theSub-
tract radiobutton is selectedand that
channel 2 is being taken from channel
1. Click on the
OK
button tomake the
changes takeeffect and have channel
2 subtracted from channel 1. Thenor-
mal way to use this feature is to sub-
tract adriftingbaseline froma chro-
matogram.
ResultsLog
1. Open chromatogram 602.CHR in the
PeakSimplemain screen and then se-
lect the
Results
button from thePeak-
Simple toolbar. In theResultswindow
click on the
Clear results log
button
at the bottomof thewindow. Click on
Yes
from the resultingwindow to clear
the results.
