Installing the supplemental cooling blower on the
OvenFanMotor inSRI 8610C and #10CGCs
Locate the diode bridgewhich is
mounted just below the oven fan
motor.
The diode bridgewill have red
wires connected to one terminal
and blackwires connected to the
diagonally opposite terminal.
Splice the redwire from the cool-
ing fan into one of the redwires on
the diode bridge. Splice the back
wire from the cooling fan to one of
the blackwires on the diode
bridge. The diode bridgewill sup-
ply the cooling fanwith 12-15 volts
DCwhenever theGC power is on.
Verify the cooling fanworks before
re-assembling theGC.
