OvenHeater Element Replacement in
SRI 8610BGC
Insert the new heater element
( SRI part# 8670-1401 ) into the
left front corner of the column
oven.
Secure the heater with a screw
and nut so it can not move.
Stuff some high temperature insu-
lation between the column oven
and theGC chassis.
Inside theGC chassis, connect the
two heater wires to the existing
wires by solderingand shrink
wrap, or just use two crimp con-
nectors ( butt connectors ).
