Enter the amount of Glycerin in the
Level 1 standard ( the chroma-
togramon the screen ). In this ex-
ample, theGlycerin is at 100ppm, so
enter 100 in the top left cell of the
table.
Then clickon thebutton labeled
Accept New.
The ratioof theGlycerinpeak area
dividedby theButanetriol peak area
in thenenteredautomatically in the
cell immediately to the right of the
100. A singlepoint curve is also
drawn on the graph.
It will save time if you enter the re-
mainingLevel 2, Level 3 , Level 4
andLevel 5amountsalongwithesti-
mated ratios.
Theseare just
approximately
correct numbers
andwill be re-
placedwhenwe
actually cali-
brate Level2
throughLevel 5.
