Compare this chro-
matogram to the
one below at a 80C
starting tempera-
ture. Thewater
peak in the top
chromatogram co-
eluteswith the oxy-
genwhile at the
80CStarting tem-
perature, the lower
chromatogram
shows thewater
nicely separated
from theoxygen.
There is less sepa-
ration however be-
tween theCO2 and
the air peak.
