H2Generator cylinder replacement kit
Includes:
Newglass cylinder, Nafionmembrane
andsiliconeglue
Remove the cell from the chassis.
Thephotos show theH2-40 chassis.
TheH2-50 chassis is similar.
Toavoid stressing theglass cylinder:
Gradually remove the8 screwswhich
clamp the topandbottomplates to-
gether.
Loosen each screw just a little as you
work yourwayaround the cell ina circu-
lar pattern. Do not completely remove
one screw then the next. Instead,
looseneach screw just a littlebit thengo
on to the next. Once all the screws have
been loosened two full turns you can un-
screw themall theway.
The springwill push the topandbottom
platesapart.
