valve, pressure gauge, and the storage
compartment. In thestoragecompartment
are the LED display for the column
temperature,andthevacuumdegaspressure
gauge(shownabove). Anaccessorieskit is
includedwithyour210D. In thekitare two
PEEKfingertightnuts(Alltechpart#32233)
for column connection, a spare 1/16”
stainlesssteel fitting (ValcopartZN1)and
ferrule(ValcopartZF1S6),aflangefitting
(Upchurch part 203X) and ferrule
(Upchurchpart240X)for thesolventrecyclevalve,a20mLprimingsyringe(SigmaAldrichpartZ248037),
anda100µLglass injectionsyringe(SGEpart005300).

On therighthandsideof the210D is thecolumncompartment,whichgivesyouaccess to thecolumnheater,
pumphead(s),solventrecyclevalve,and thedetectorhousing. Open thecolumncompartmentby loosening
the twocaptive thumbscrewsand liftingoff thecover. Use thepicturebelow tofamiliarizeyourselfwith the
interiorofthecolumncompartment.
