herebywarrants theequipmentsuppliedherewith tobefreefromdefects in
materialandworkmanshipat the timeofshipment.

(themanufacturer),agrees toeitherrepairorreplace
atoursoleoption, freeofpartsand laborchargesatourfactory,anypartsofsuchequipmentwhichunder
normalconditionsofuseprovedefectivewithin twelve(12)months(oneyear)from thedateofshipment to
theenduser.

has theoptionof inspecting thegoodsclaimeddefectiveat theBuyer’splaceofbusiness
orhaving thedefectiveequipmentreturned to
EST
, transportationchargesprepaid, for inspection. Ifan item
isfounddefectiveunderwarranty, therepairedorreplaced itemwillbereturned to thebuyervia thesame
modeof transportationbywhich itwasreceived.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverequipmentorpartsof
equipmentwhicharemodifiedby theBuyer.Thefollowinggoodsarewarrantedfor theperiodssetforth
only:
(a)
Itemsproducedby thirdpartymanufacturersshallcarry thatwarrantyprovided to

bysaid thirdpartymanufacturers.Suchwarrantyshallbepassedby
EST

theBuyer.
(b)
Thiswarrantydoesnotapply to itemsconsumed in theordinarycourseofuseof the
goods, suchas,butnot limited tosepta,vials,caps, syringesandneedles.

Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverbent,broken,orpluggedneedles,glassbreakage,or the
replacementorrepairofpartsdue toaccident,misuseorcontamination,or lossor
damage toequipmentsustained in transit.Claimsfordamagesustained in transitmust
befiledwith the transitagency.
Notice:All instrumentsshouldbe insuredwith
theshippingcarrierprior toshipping, even if therepair iscoveredunder
warranty. The insurancemustbepurchasedby thecustomer,notby

Theforegoingwarrantyandremedyareexclusiveandexpressly in lieuofallotherwarranties,expressedor
implied, includingbutnot limited toanywarrantyoffitnessforpurposeoranywarrantyofmerchantability.
