XXTheCV-3320or CV-3321 style canbe connected to any 1/4-28 flat-
bottomport for trouble-freeback flowprotection.
XXWhenusing apump after the analytical column, consider placing
aCV-3330CheckValve after the column toprevent fluid from the
post-columnpump from flowingbackwards through the column.
This product also serves as anexcellent nonmetallic alternative
toour CV-3010 (page151) in sparging applicationswhere the
mobilephasemaybe corrosive to the stainless steel or ethylene
propylene components inside theCV-3010 assembly.
XXTheCV-3335 Inlet andCV-3336Outlet CheckValves allow tubing
larger than 1/16”OD (up to 1/8”) tobe connected into a 10-32
coned internal port. Usebothof these check valveswhen
attaching a larger-volume sample loop to an analytical-scale
injection valve. This setup limits the flowof the sample into the
loop toonedirection,minimizingback flow and sample carry-over.
XXTheCV-3340 is useful in virtually any highpressure fluidpathway
using 1/16”or smallerOD tubing, where limiting thedirectionof
flow is desirable.
