Chem (C-Flex) tubing havebeen specially selected and treated for excellent memory characteristics. The tubingwill not stick
shut even after prolongedperiods in the closedposition. TheSiliconeSelect
TM
tubing is rated for aminimum of 500,000
cycles.
Tubing securely seatedwithout flow restriction
The tubing is seatedwithin a groove in the pinch valve body. The tubing remains securely seated at all times. No
mechanical locking feature is required to retain the tubingduring operation. Flow is not restrictedwhen the valve is in the
openposition.
Wide assortment of sizes and configurations
Bio-ChemValve standardpinch valves are offeredwith tubing internal diameters ranging from0.010’’ (0.25mm) to5/16’’
(7.95mm). The valves are available in normally open, normally closed, and3-way (one tube normally open, the other
normally closed) configurations. Dual tubing configurations (two tubes beingoperated simultaneously) are offeredwith
smaller tubing sizes. Multi-tube pinch valveswith 4.6, or 8 tubes are available in normally open configurations only. Through
Bio-ChemValve’sQuick-ChangeCustomization™process, standardpinch valve configurations canbemodified tomeet
