Small High Pressure Rotary Valves
Thesemanual rotary valves are constructed fromPTFEwith aKel-F
®
rotor and have a0.8mmbore size,making them suitable
for pressure applications up to500psi (33bar). They are available in4 and5port versions. All ports are1/4"-28UNF flat-
bottom andwill accept any 1/4"-28UNFmale fitting. Omnifit’s 1000psi (68bar) pressure ratedGripper fittings or Omni-Lok
TM
fittings are ideal for usewith these valves. These valves arebulkheadmountable.
Small Rotary Valves with ‘Omnifit Cap’ connections
Omnifit’s small manual rotary valves use the ‘Omnifit-Cap’ connection system and canbe used for sampling, flow-splitting,
mixing and fluid line interconnection. They have a1.5mmbore size and accept tubing sizes between0.5 and4mmOD. They
arepressure rated to50psi (3.3bar).
Distribution and Loop Injection Valves
Thesemanual valves have a click-stopmechanism to ensure correct flowpath alignment. Each valve consists of a glass
filledPTFEbodywith aKel-F
®
rotor and aPEEK
TM
casing. These valves are rated to500psi (34bar).
Sample Injection Valve
Designed for low tomediumpressurechromatography systems, this injection valve sytem is suppliedwith0.5ml, 1.0ml and
2.5ml loops and a5ml syringe. Other loops canbe suppliedon request. Pressure rating is 500psi (34bar).
Stacked Distribution Valves
Omnifit’smanual stackeddistribution valves areconstructedusingPTFEbodieswith aKel-F
®
rotor givingexcellent chemical
compatibility. The valves have a 1.5mmbore size and are available in2, 3 and4 tiers to switch2, 3or 4 flow lines simulta-
neously. 1/4'’-28UNFports are compatiblewith all Omnifit 1/4'’-28male fittings. Amechanical stopprovides positive flow
pathaligment.
