Broad range of dispense settings and flow rates
Thediaphragmpumps are factory set for discreteoutputs ranging from8µl to250µl. Thepumps canbe cycled at up to2.0
Hz for the smallest version and1.6Hz for the largest version. Flow rates reach up to25ml /minute. Dependingon the
dispense setting, very high accuracy canbe achievedwithdeviations from set-point of less than1%. For optimal accuracy,
thepumps shouldbeused for the transfer of fluidsbetweenun-pressurizedcontainers.
Self-priming
At startup, thepump is able todraw air. The suction createdby the larger pumps is sufficient topull liquids from an un-
pressurizedcontainer locatedup to1.3meters (4’ 3”) beneath thepump. Once thepump isprimed, it is able togenerate
around5psi (0.3bar) pressure, equating to3.5meters (11’ 6”) of water.
Wide assortment of inert wetted materials available
Thepumps provide a non-metallic, inert fluidpath for thedispensingof highpurity or aggressive fluids. The standardpump
body ismadeof PPS (polyphenylsulfide). Othermaterials available for thepumpbody includePTFE, PEEK
TM
andDelrin
®

®
.
High reliability
Thepumps aredesigned for continuous duty. They areguaranteed for up to20million actuations, corresponding to nearly
3,000 hours of continuous use at a2Hz cycle rate.
