Thesemanual rotary valves are constructed fromPTFEwith a
Kel-F
®
rotor and have a0.8mmbore size,making them
suitable for highpressure applications up to500psi (33bar).
They are available in4 and5port versions and any spareports
canbe sealedwith aplug (part number 2320) formaximum
flexibility. All ports are1/4"-28UNF flat-bottom andwill accept
any 1/4"-28UNFmale fitting. These valves arebulkhead
mountablewithpre-drilledM3 threadedholes for easy
mounting.
4-port valves
4-port valves allow flow across selectedports, from either one
or two inlets to a comnbinationof the remainingports.
5-port valve
The5-port valve utilizes the commonport as the inlet and
allows flow to a combination of the remaining4ports.

Omnifit’s small manual rotary valves use the ‘Omnifit Cap’
connection system and canbe used for sampling, flow-
splitting,mixing and fluid line interconnection. They have a
1.5mmbore size and accept tubing sizesbetween0.5 and
4mmOD. They arepressure rated to50psi (3.3bar). The
valves are available in 4 and5port versions and any spare
ports canbe sealedwith aplug (part number 2320) or by using
aPTFEconeblank (part number 1514) formaximum flexibility.
