Glucosinolates
Figure 4 shows the analysis of the phenethyl
glucosinolate standard using theAqueousC18
column. Extracts of cabbage andwatercresswere
analyzedusing the same conditions, as shown in
Figures 5 and6. Gradient elution from0 to75%
acetonitrilewas used to retain and elute analytes
with awide range of polarities.
