Figure 10 shows four small carboxylic acids that
were analyzed using theAqueousC18 column
and a completely aqueousmobile phase. Figure
11 shows the resolution of amixture of standards
andFigure 12 shows the analysis of a tobacco
extract. The stability of theAqueousC18 column
is demonstrated inFigure 13, which shows the
reproducible separation of the same sample as in
Figure 12 after 168 injections.
