FlushNut Fittings are designed for those
tight-space applicationswhere nut heads often interferewith each
other. When coupled with an appropriate ferrule and tightened
into a receivingport, the FlushNut’s slotted head seats at or near
flushwith the topof theport. This feature allows FlushNut Fittings
to reside in closer proximity than any other option on themarket.
All FlushNut Fittings aremanufactured from 316 stainless steel,
except theP-321Plug,which ismadeof PEEKpolymer.
Tighten or remove FlushNut Fittings with our specially designed
FlushNutWrenches, available in 10-32or 1/4-28 versions. Formore

of a TinyTight Ferrulewhichworks with the 6-40 threaded nut on
this page,M-644-03. Choose from two ferruleoptions, with 0.020”
(0.50mm)or0.030” (0.75mm) thru-holes. Touse, simplyslideafitting
head-firstontoyourtubing, followedbytheringand ferrule,andthread
thisassembly into thesolenoidvalve receivingport,whilemakingsure
the tubing isbottomedout.Nocollets, colleting tools, or chamfering
tools required;however, ifneeded foreasierassemblyof theTinyTight
fittings, theM-150 tool isavailable.Touse,firstplace the tool inavise,
then tighten tubing, fitting, and ferrule into the tool asyouwould into
anyport.Once removed, the swaged ferrulewill beheld inplaceon
the tubing.
