with the first run,anddemonstrating the
highvolume liquid injectioncapabilityof

chromatogram,100µLofmethanolwas
injectedasablank,resultinginasmallhump
between the 4 and 7minutemarks and
miniscule peaks which correspond to
contaminants in themethanolblankand
bleedfrom theTenax-GR
