Press theMesh into the distribution groovewith an aid of a short piece of 1/8” (3-mm) Tygonor Silicon tubing (not supplied)while the
SquareO-ring is pressed into theO-ring groove. The tubing helps toprevent over-stretchingof theMeshby theO-ring.

Similarly, press down theO-ring overmesh at the opposite corner of theLid, and then at about 90 degrees. Subsequently, work in the
O-ring throughout the entireLid perimeter.Make sure that theMesh is securely set under theO-ring throughout the perimeter aswell
as under theCentralMeshScrew.

The installedmesh does not have to bewrinkle-free for all practical purposes.

Replacementmesh and theO-rings can be ordered fromEssential Life Solutions. However in emergency situations, Nylon
mesh of any opening size can be acquired from any ofmany vendors and canbe cut in-house to fit to the outer diameter of the
O-ringgroove on theLid.

Similarly, use a slot on the columnStand to flat-cut a newO-ring from the 1/4”square cord stock. Glue the ends of the cord
flush together in the same slot withLoctite® or any “Super” glue.
