The amber DURAN
®
laboratory bottle protects media from light in the
300 nm – 500 nm wavelength range.This makes it particularly useful for
working with light-sensitive media and for the long-term storage of
substances.
• UV protection up to approx. 500 nm light wavelength
• only the outer surface of the glass is tinted, ensuring that the DURAN
®
properties on the inside remain unchanged
• special heat treatment ensures that the amber tint is durable and
chemically resistant
• available in sizes ranging from 500 ml to 20,000 ml
