errors and change prices, designs,

catalog is correct to the best of
our knowledge but is not guar-
anteed to be so. VICI assumes
no responsibility with respect
thereto.
Returns
No returns will be acceptedmore
than 90 days after shipment for
any reason. Before 90 days, no
returns will be acceptedwithout
prior authorization. If it is necess-
ary to returnmaterial to us, please
contact our Sales Department for a
return authorization number and
forwarding instructions. Inspect
shipments upon receipt and report
shortages or incorrect or damaged
material to us immediately.
Important!
Damaged shipmentsmust remain
with the original packaging for
freight company inspection.
Returnedmaterial will be subject
to a minimum restocking fee of
10% for stock items and 20% for
valves. Special orders cannot be
returned unless defective.
Warranty
Each product supplied by VICI AG
shall be deemed accepted by the
customer unless written notice
of defect or nonconformity is
received by VICI AG within 90
days of receipt of the product at
the customer’s designated
receiving address. VICI AG
warrants each of its products sold
to be free from defects in material
andwork-manship for 12months
from shipment.
Wear parts and damages caused
by abusive applications are not
covered by anywarranty.

DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR
LOST PROFITS,PERSONAL INJURY,
INTERRUPTIONOF SERVICE,
OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL

RESULTING FROM,OR RELATING IN
