Plastisol, also known as liquid Polyvinylchloride (PVC), can be used tomake flexible components
with an exact inner diameter.
Components with a unique geometry, such as nasal cannulae or suction connectors, are less
costly to produce through the dip molding process than traditional injection molding and feature
exceptional flexibility. The dipping dies are cost-effective and production can be easily scaled.
