Returns
No returns will be accepted more
than 90 days after shipment for
any reason. Before 90 days, no
returns will be acceptedwithout
prior authorization. If it is necess-
ary to returnmaterial to us, please
contact our Sales Department for a
return authorization number and
forwarding instructions. Inspect
shipments upon receipt and report
shortages or incorrect or damaged
material to us immediately.
Important!
Damaged shipmentsmust remain
with the original packaging for
freight company inspection.
Returnedmaterial will be subject
to a minimum restocking fee of
15% for catalog items. Special
orders cannot be returned unless
defective.
Warranty
VICI Precision Samplingwarrants
all products wemanufacture to be
free fromdefects inmaterial and/
or workmanship for thirty days
from the time of receipt by the
customer.
VICI Precision Sampling´s liability
for defects inmaterial or work-
manship shall be limited to
replacement of the defective item
at no charge to the customer,or
refund of the purchase price paid.
Bending, breakage, or other
damage resulting fromshipping
is not a warranty issue; a claim
should be filedwith the shipping
company. This warranty is in lieu
of any other warranties, expressed
or implied, including but not
limited to any warranty of fitness
for purpose or any warranty of
merchantability. Copies of any
writtenwarranty pertaining to
products shown in this catalog
manufactured by a company other
than VICI Precision Sampling can
be obtained uponwritten request.
