swellingorbursting,and isnot affectedbyhalide salts,high strengthbuffers,
orother aggressivemobilephases that corrode stainless steel. Thepolymer
surfacewill not leachmetal ions into theeluentor extractmetal-sensitive
components from the sample. Notehowever thatdichloromethane,THF,and
DMSOmaycause swelling inPEEK,andconcentratednitricand sulphuricacid
will attackPEEK.

4. Allow sleeved tubing tocool inoven to
ambient temperature
5. Once tubing is cooled, removePEEK
tubing from theSS sleeve
6. Check for straightness
7. Repeat if necessary
