VICI offersnatural andcolor-codedPEEK® tubing. PEEK tubinghas the
strength required towithstandcontinuoususeatHPLCpressurewithout
swellingorbursting,and isnot affectedbyhalide salts,high strengthbuffers,
orother aggressivemobilephases that corrode stainless steel. Thepolymer
surfacewill not leachmetal ions into theeluentor extractmetal-sensitive
components from the sample. Notehowever thatdichloromethane,THF,and
DMSOmaycause swelling inPEEK,andconcentratednitricand sulphuricacid
will attackPEEK.

220°C for 30minutes,or
180°C for 60minutes
4. Allow sleeved tubing tocool inoven to
ambient temperature
5. Once tubing is cooled, removePEEK
tubing from theSS sleeve
6. Check for straightness
7. Repeat if necessary
