Our improvedexhaustfilter is thecenterof theVICI Jour safetyprogram,
riddingambient airof solvent vaporswhichcouldadverselyaffect the
healthof labworkers. Whenplacedon thewastebottleof anHPLC system,
the specially-treatedabsorbentfiltersoutnearlyall organic solvent vapor
evaporationgoutof thewaste solution.
Ournewabsorbent asan increasedcapacityoverourpreviousfilter and
definitelyover acompetingbrand.Excellent capacity leads to longer lifetime
of theexhaustfilter:up to10months* formethanol,andup to8months* for
acetonitile. Thenewdesignalsohas improved stabilityat theconnecting
threads.
