Removable fusedsilicaadapters (FSR)
TheFSRadapter is theonlyadapter recommended foruse invalves. It consists
of a linerwhich slidesover the fused silica tubinganda ferrulewhichmakesup
on the liner. Thepolyimide linerhasanenlargeddiameter atoneendwhich is
capturedby thenut,so the liner and the tubewithin it are removedas thenut
isunscrewed from thevalve. The1/16" FSRadapter includesa special counter-
bored1/16"nut. The1/32" FSRadapteruses standardValco1/32"nuts.
